The goal for orders in the Netherlands is to get them within 5 workdays (after publication) of when the order is placed. International orders should arrive between 10 and 21 workdays after you place them.
From what we’ve seen, 10% of shipments have challenges like being held up at customs, lost or damaged packages, wrong addresses, receivers not being home, or notifications not being sent.
