How to Amplify DEI?

This is How it Works

The Amplify DEI Cards carry stimulating questions and conversation starters that will help you develop a deeper understanding of DEI topics. They are for both personal and professional growth.

A chosen facilitator makes sure each participant is heard and manages equal speaking time for everyone involved in the conversation. You can answer, pass on or select a new card – each card carrying a question, take action, or a topic for dialogue.

An Amplify DEI card deck session always ends with reflection as a group or individual.

Why Amplify DEI Cards?
